• Seats are defined by the FC Barcelona Club into various Categories. Ticket prices vary according to game rating and seat location. Thus, to a specific game - ticket prices can be within a wide range for different seats and for the same seat, the price may change from game to game.



• As to the pre-reservation and handling of the tickets, BUDGET TICKET & TRAVEL S.L. charges a price for the ticket which is slightly higher than face value. The price is as indicated on moment of purchase and includes IVA (taxes).



• We will confirm the booking of your tickets as soon as we humanly can. For some matches, and especially for the FC Barcelona - Real Madrid fixture, we only have access to a limited amount of tickets. Thus, when you pay for tickets for FC Barcelona - Real Madrid, it might take us from 12 to 36 hours to confirm your booking. In case that we can not get the desired tickets, you decide:
  • We get you the tickets in a less expensive category and refund the difference
  • We refund the full amount via the method of payment you used



• Tickets are issued 1 week prior to the game. Therefore, it is not possible for us to deliver them more than a week prior to the game and we don't take the risk to post them to you. Instead, we have a very efficient delivery service within Barcelona for 7€ or a collection point in Barcelona city centre, where you come and collect your tickets for free.



• Changes, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted for bookings made by credit card, once the booking has been accepted by the website holder. If for whatever reason the event was cancelled and the customer wanted a refund, only the ticket face value would be refunded. As established in article 44 of Law 7/1996 from the 15th of January on Retail Commerce (Ordenación del Comercio Minorista) we inform you that our products, due to their special nature, are not subject to the Right to voluntary dismissal.



• BUDGET TICKET & TRAVEL S.L. is not responsible for any act of third parties in the process of purchase, delivery, access and the holding of the event



• BUDGET TICKET & TRAVEL S.L. is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets once tickets are in buyers or delivery address physical possession.



• BUDGET TICKET & TRAVEL S.L. works in partnership with an authorized ticket agent of FC Barcelona within limits of the agreement between our official supplier and FC Barcelona. BUDGET TICKET & TRAVEL S.L. does not represent FC Barcelona.



• Tickets are sold referring to a Sunday or Wednesday in most cases. The final date and hour of the game is published by the LFP in agreement with television promoters 8 days before the game. Buyers shall be available to assist an event during the Saturday and Sunday or Tuesday, Wednesay and Thursday of the corresponding week. Games have been known to be played at vary hours during the weekend. BUDGET TICKET & TRAVEL S.L. is not responsible for informing buyers of change in game hour and date, these shall be observed by client on arrival to Barcelona, or by checking the Spanish League website. The date and time changes do not entitle ticket-holders to return tickets if they have bought the ticket package. Therefore, there will be no economic refunds.
