European Super Cup: FC Barcelona 1-0 Shaktar Donetsk

FC Barcelona added a new trophy to their 2009 collection after a win in the European Super Cup against Shaktar Donetsk in Monaco. Pedro scored the only goal of the match in extra time (’115). It is FC Barcelona’s 5th tille of the season.

Gamper Trophy 2009: FC Barcelona 0-1 Manchester City

FC Barcelona lost 0-1 in the gamper trophy against Manchester City at their Camp Nou Stadium. Pep Guardiola’s team ran after the score after Petrov’s goal in first half but never managed to tie the game. This was Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s first match with his new team.

FC Barcelona brought back a win from San Mamés in the first leg of the Spanish Super Cup. Lead 1-0 at half time, Xavi and Pedro both scored to secure the win for FC Barcelona.
