Barcas Romeu taken by Chelsea
Chelsea has a new manager Andre Villas-Boas with the loss of the injured Michael Essien thinks his squad has been weakened and has offered a reported £4.5 million offer for the 19-year-old Romeu.
He made his first-team debut for Barcelona at the end of last season but Pep Guardiola deemed him surplus to the team.
