FC Barcelona and Eric Abidal have reached a mutual agreement not to renew his contract at the end of the season. This coming thursday, Abidal will publicaly announce the reasons as per why he will leaving the club on the 30th of June.

After more than three hours of negotiations, Barcelona and Santos have reached an agreement for the Brazilian player from next season. According to Spanish Newspaper MundoDeportivo, Neymar, the 21 year-old Santos FC striker, has agreed to a 5 year deal with FC Barcelona.

FC Barcelona clinched their 4th La Liga title in 5 years, their 22nd domestic League title overall, beating arch rivals Real Madrid with 3 matches remaining. They were sacred Champions even before playing agaisnt Atletico Madrid after Real Madrid failed to beat RCD Espanyol on Saturday (1-1) at Cornella stadium.
