A : You can book your tickets very easily on www.footballticketsbarcelona.com. Select a match from the FC Barcelona fixture list, and follow the step by step procedure. Once you have selected your tickets and filled your personal information, you will be prompted to process the payment to confirm your booking. A : We give you the category breakdown as designated by the FC Barcelona Club. 8 official categories, from general to Tribuna 1-2 and 2 different packages (ticket + souvenir OR ticket + Museum tour + stadium tour). We also provide you with information on disabled seating options.

Q: Am I guaranteed to get tickets seated together?

A : When buying more than one ticket for the same game, we can guarantee seats together in 99% of the cases. We will always try and make every effort to ensure that the tickets correspond to seats that are placed together or as close as possible.

In most cases, tickets bought will be delivered in pairs or in bigger groups together (when guaranteed by the website). Tickets are considered sequential in the 3 following configurations:

• Side by Side
• One above the other (in the unlikely event we cannot get tickets side by side)
• Diagonal (in the very unlikely event we cannot get side by side or one above another)

When confirmed by email by one of our staff prior to the payment, the client is guaranteed to get the tickets seated together.

Q: Why is the price on the ticket different from the price I have payed?

A : The tickets prices on this web site are slightly higher than the official prices applied at the stadium ticket office. They include booking fees, transaction fees and taxes (IVA of 18%). Purchasing face value tickets for good seats in advance is almost impossible, and the risk of them being sold out is high because club members hold the majority of these seats. We invest in the pre-booking of your seats to assure you an easy and safe reservation. We do all we can to keep prices within market limits and are always here to assist you during your visit to Barcelona.

Q: Is VAT included in the price?

A : Yes, the VAT (IVA in Spanish) is included at 18%.

A : The ticket price also include administration fees:

The face value of the ticket is set by the event organisers. Footballticketsbarcelona.com sell football tickets under a package form which includes either a souvenir (postacrd, keyhcain, lighter, depending on availability) or a stadium & museum tour.

• Booking fee (included in price): In order to get tickets seated together, footballticketsbarcelona.com has to buy from other official providers to assemble groups of seats together along with our own allocation of tickets. This is why we add a little bit on top of the face value of the ticket. We have to do this on a per-ticket basis to cover the cost of providing a 7 days a week, 24 hours a day booking service, labour costs and all the other costs associated with running our business.
• Transaction fee:
  • Payment by credit card via PayPal: (the fee is included in the price for the tickets) The transaction fee covers the costs of processing your payment. The fee is of 0,35EUR + 3;4% of the transaction. Don’t worry though, this is not an extra fee: This fee is included in the price.
  • Payment by bank transfer: A fee of 5% applies to cover the charges of an International Bank transfer. For example, if the total amount of your purchase is 100€ , we would ask you to transfer the sum of 105€ to our Spanish Bank account/

Q: Is the payment secure?

A : Buy your tickets securely, at your convenience, day or night, 365 days a year in the payment method that suits you:

• With your bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, American express, Dinners club) via the secured payment gateway Paypal. No need for a paypal account. Select the option to pay without a paypal account and you will be prompted to input your contact details and card information
• With a Paypal account
• Bank transfer

Q: How do I know that the payment has been placed correctly ?

A :Regardless of the payment method you have used, you will receive an email confirmation of your payment with all the details of your booking.

Q: Can I change my booking?

A :You can make any changes with regard to the delivery or collection of the ticket (date, time, address). If you wish to buy more tickets for the same match, please email us with the details of your request.

Q: Can I get a refund for my tickets?

A : As established in article 44 of Law 7/1996 from the 15th of January on Retail Commerce (Ordenación del Comercio Minorista), and as stated in our terms & conditions we inform you that our products, due to their special nature, are subject to the Right to voluntary dismissal.

For bookings made by credit card and accepted by the website holder, the customer has the right to cancel his booking and ask for a refund up to 7 days after purchasing the tickets. Changes and Cancellations will not be accepted 7 days past the transation.

In case the match is cancelled, a refund will apply.

Please note that all refunds are subject to a 3€ overall booking fee which will NOT be refunded. (3€ per booking, not per ticket). Refund will occur within the following 30 days.

Q: How do I get my tickets?

IMPORTANT : The tickets are printed 3 days in advance. Thus, we don't want to take the risk to send the tickets to your home.

A : We give you the following options to get your tickets :

• Delivery to your hotel in Barcelona city centre (no apartment, hostel or "pension") for the flat rate of 7€. We require your hotel name and address in Barcelona city centre as well as the name under which the hotel reservation has been made.
  The following postcodes are considered Barcelona city centre: 08001, 08002, 08003, 08004, 08005, 08006, 08007, 08008, 08009, 08010, 08011, 08012, 08013, 08014, 08015, 08016, 08017, 08018, 08019, 08021, 08023, 08024, 08025, 08026, 08028, 08029, 08036, 08037.
  
  
• Pick up of the tickets FOR FREE in our collection point in Barcelona city centre. The pick up point usually opens the day before the match from 12:00 until 20:00 and the day of the match from 11:00 until one hour before kick-off.
  
  The pick up address is Carrer Carme 3, 08001 Barcelona, located on world famous 'Las Ramblas'. The closest metro stops are “Catalunya" (Metro: Red and Green line) and “Liceu” (Green line).

Q: When do I get my tickets?

A : You will be able to get your Football Tickets for the selected FC Barcelona match from 2 days before the match. Once the transaction for the football tickets as been made, we will confirm the delivery of your football tickets in Barcelona city centre (delivery the day before the match) or welcome you in our pick up point in Barcelona city centre (the day before the match from 12:00 until 20:00 and on match day from 11:00 until 1 hour prior to kick off)

Q: When are the date and time confirmed?

A : In accordance with the agreement between la Liga de Fútbol Profesional (LFP) and the Federación Española de Fútbol (RFEF), along with TV Broadcasting rights, the final date and time of the match will be confirmed only 8 days before the match. Make sure to check the kick off time on the official Liga website

Q: How do I go to the stadium? How do I get back?

A : The Camp Nou stadium's address is Avenida Arístides Maillol, 08028 Barcelona.

     • Line 5, stop at "Badal" or "Collblanc"



By bus: Lines 7, 15, 43, 67, 68, 74, 75, L12, L50, L60 and L62

We recommend you to arrive at least one hour before the kick off time. This will leave you plenty of time to find your seat. Once the game is over, we recommend you to wait for at least 30 minutes and maybe go and get some food and/or drinks in a nearby café : Metros, buses and taxis will be packed.

Q: How do I get to my seat?

A : Once you have your football ticket, pay close attention to the numbers written on it.


First, read the access number (From 1 to 21), then have a look at the map to find out which side of the stadium you will need to arrive to. You can then figure out which metro stop is best to stop at. Once you have enterred the stadium premises, look for the "porta" number. You will be asked to put the ticket undet a laser (barcode scan) to check the authenticity of the ticket. You are almost there! The last step is to fin your designated Boca (the entrance to the stands) corresponsding to your seating area. Signs are very well located and easy to read. "Fila" stands for row and "seient" stands for the seat number. Odd number are one side, and even numbers on the other. Should you have trouble finding your seats, you can ask some of the Camp Nou staff.

Q: Is there an access for disabled people?

A : Access to the Camp Nou is adapted to the needs of people with mobility problems, who should enter the stadium via accesses 1 to 14, at the south end of the Grandstand. Disabled people should always enter the ground through gate 62.
There are 2 adapted ramps inside the stadium, located by the goals in the first tier, which are designed for wheelchair users. Please contact us first to ask about availability. The bathrooms are also adapted for the disabled. There are parking spaces for the physically disabled just outside the ground, in Arístides Maillol, from access 14 as far as the club offices.
Museum visits are unfortunately not adapted for people with mobility problems. Very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

Q: What should I bring to the stadium?

A : We recommend you to check the weather for the game. During the summer (May until end of September), a light wind jacket could be recommended (it can get quite chilly at the top of the stands). Cameras are allowed in the stadium. Bear in mind that you won't be able to bring capped plastic bottles with you. Also, alcohol is strictly prohibited inside the Camp Nou stadium.

Q: I am late for the match, can I still get into the stadium?

A : You can enter the stadium showing your valid ticket at any time of the match.

• Sundays and public holidays, from 10:00 to 14:30 (Camp Nou Tour until 13:30)
• On match days : from 10:00 to 15:00 - (Only museum, Camp Nou Tour not available)
