DURATION
The competition will run from 21st of August 2012 until 22nd of August 2012 at 23:59 GMT+2 (Spanish time).
PRIZE
2 tickets to the supercopa match between FC Barcelona and Real Madrid which will take place at the Camp nou stadium, Barcelona on the 23rd of August 2012.
ORGANISATION
The competition is organised by Budget Ticket & Travel S.L. (hereinafter “FTB”), located in Calle de Mendez Nuñez 3, principal, 08003 Barcelona with C.I.F number: B-43945534
PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
All competition entrants must meet the following requirements:
Be 18 years of age or over. If the winning entrant has not reached 18 years of age at the time of entering the competition, the prize cannot be claimed. Footballticketsbarcelona.com has the right to redraw a winner or declare the competition closed.
Competition is not open to FTB employees or anyone professionally connected with the organisation or prize of this competition.
In compliance with the provisions of Law 15/1999, passed on 13th December, Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter “Data Protection Act”) and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of the 21st December, the Regulation implementing the Data Protection Act (hereinafter the “Regulations”) is approved. We inform you that your personal data will be treated by FTB located in Calle de Mendez Nuñez 3, principal, 08003 Barcelona in order to manage its participation in the aforementioned competition.
COMPETITION RESULTS
The winner will be the one to get the more likes on their comment by the ending date of the competition. In case of a draw between participants, the winner will be chosen at random using the «True Random Number Generator» application from www.random.org. (The draw would take place on the 23rd of August 2012)
FTB will contact the winner by email through the social network site within 12 hours. If the winner cannot be located, refuses to accept the prize or hasn’t met competition requirements, FTB reserves the right to close the competion directly or redraw the prize.
The winner should reply within within 12 hours of draw closing by replying to the FTB email address from which the winning notification is sent.
The acceptance of the prize includes the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the competition.
